The People Behind Atlas
Atlas Scribes was built by people who understand medicine from the inside — and who care deeply about the people on both sides of the stethoscope.

Having worked as a scribe herself, Brandy co-founded Atlas Scribes with a clear mission: to transform an industry plagued by dissatisfied employees and underserved clients. She believes that a medical scribing company's quality of service begins internally, through rigorous education, comprehensive training, and steadfast support for its scribes. Brandy encourages clients and scribes who have been disappointed by other medical scribing services, whether in-person or AI-based, to experience the Atlas Scribes difference firsthand.

Steven is a board-certified Physician Assistant with diverse clinical experience in emergency medicine, rehabilitation medicine, and pediatric gastroenterology. He also served as a Professor of Clinical Practice, mentoring future healthcare professionals. As Co-Founder of Atlas Scribes, Steven is passionate about advancing medical education and developing exceptional medical scribes who support high-quality patient care.

Dr. Arguija brings invaluable clinical perspective to the Atlas Scribes leadership team. As a practicing physician, he understands firsthand the documentation challenges that drive physician burnout — and what it actually feels like to work alongside a great scribe. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, he leads our efforts to build meaningful relationships with clinics and physicians across Southern California, helping Atlas Scribes grow with the trust and credibility that only comes from someone who has lived the work.

Andrew Vu is a former Emergency Department scribe who advanced into leadership roles and now serves as a Regional Manager overseeing Atlas Scribes programs across Southern California. Through his work supporting physicians, training scribes, and implementing new clinical partnerships, he has developed a strong passion for healthcare operations and medical education. He is currently a medical student at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine.
